In my morning meditation today, my guide Mark, who lives in 6th Dimensional Shamballa, gave me a simple and helpful message. I saw a table, chair and food appear in my 3rd eye as I heard Mark say: “Consume LIGHT, Lisa.” We have a choice to consume Light or dark food at any given moment.
